UNTOLD Festival made its debut in 2015 in Cluj-Napoca, being currently one of the most important musical events in Europe. For a period of four days, the city becomes a magical realm of music. Participants have the chance to discover a part of Romanian culture, meeting fantastic characters from Romanian fairy tales: princesses, charming princes, giants or vampires. Quality music and goodwill are the main attractions for all Untold Festival participants.
The UNTOLD scene is unique every year with its fantastic layout. Over 150 artists are invited annually from both the country and abroad to delight visitors with music from almost all genres: rock, pop-rock, reggae, dub, funk and drum & bass. The event runs for a period of 4 days and offers foreigners the opportunity to meet artisans at the fair of urban products, with international specialties. When the sun is too hot, guests can relax at the pool parties.
Among the artists who have been present at the Untold Festival are: David Guetta, Fedde Le Grand, Avicii, John Newman, ATB, Patrice, Tinie Tempah, Cazzete, Andy C, Pendulum, Wilkinson, P Money, Şuie Paparude. The range of musical styles is diverse and satisfies even the most demanding requirements. The show promises to be just as electrifying and full of surprises every year, so no Untold event should be missed.
In 2021, Untold was the only major music festival in the European Union, where the world’s most famous artists performed. More than 265,000 people attended the event. Fans from over 100 countries gathered in Cluj to listen to David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Afrojack, Parov Stelar, Tyga and Sam Feldt.
